We act for both landlords and tenants in providing advice relating to dilapidations either during the course of or at the end of a lease.

Our team can provide a clear understanding of the parties repairing obligations and their responsibilities regarding dilapidations, which even on smaller commercial properties can involve substantial sums of money and large liabilities.

We are able to prepare and arrange for schedules of repair to be served on behalf of landlords or react to those schedules of condition / repair on behalf of the tenants.

Our Building Services Department are then able to assist through the tendering and project management of repair works and/or negotiating a settlement with either the Landlord or Tenant.
